EXPERIENCE mini metal Rhodium

The low profile EXPERIENCE mini metal Rhodium is also manufactured by TOMY Inc.  
The bracket features a CNC milled slot for increased precision in .018 or .022,  torque in the base, an interactive clip for ideal torque expression and a micro-etched mesh base to limit potential debonding.

The EXPERIENCE mini collection is a smaller version of the original EXPERIENCE metal bracket.
By eliminating the vertical channel that the EXPERIENCE metal’s clip travels through, an extremely low profile is achieved. Patients can now experience self-ligation with additional low profile benefits, including: reduced bracket size, increased patient comfort and enhanced aesthetics.

The EXPERIENCE mini minimizes friction during initial leveling and aligning, while allowing for increased torque and rotation control during finishing. After the metal or ceramic injection process (MIM or CIM), the mold retracts during a cooling down phase.
TOMY then incorporates an extra step to make the archwire slot consistently precise by milling the slot of each EXPERIENCE bracket by using Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) to ensure that the slot measures exactly .018” or .022”.
All TOMY archwire slots express the exact torque and angulation built into each bracket providing a more predictable result.

The bracket is treated with a rhodium coating that in no way alters its characteristics. Brackets Whatever they are in self-ligating or conventional there will be the right one for you.
